Dr. Gao Nan attended the Symposium on Acoustic Metamaterials in Aegina, Greece from 15-17 May, 2024. She gave an oral presentation titled “Mosaic design strategy: from underwater sound absorbers to air sound insulation metamaterials” at the conference, which sparked extensive discussion.

About YRAM Network

Created under the impetus of the DENORMS Action CA15125 , YRAM is a newly founded network dedicated to PhD candidates and ECI (Early Career Investigator) working on acoustic and elastic metamaterials and aims at enhancing collaborations and co-working between young researchers in this field.
